• Secure, isolated platform instances per client
• Regular security audits and monitoring

6. Compliance

The Platform is designed to support compliance with applicable data protection laws, including:

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that personal and sensitive data is collected and processed lawfully before uploading to AIKB.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or otherwise disclose client data to third parties, except:

• With explicit client consent
• To provide services as outlined in the subscription agreement

8. Retention

Client data is retained for the duration of the subscription. After termination or expiry, data may be deleted or returned to the Client, in accordance with agreed data retention policies.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected clients promptly in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
